Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Knowledge Architect to lead the architecture and development of knowledge graphs, ontologies, and semantic data models for next-generation agentic AI systems at enterprise scale. You will embed with clients as a trusted technology advisor and hands-on engineer, translating domain knowledge into machine-readable structures used by AI pipelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration with AI/ML teams, data engineering, and delivery leaders, with a hybrid in-office/onsite model

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 12 years' work experience.
4+ years with Knowledge Graph technologies.
2+ years with ontology management and graph curation.
2+ years with semantic modeling and linked data principles.
2+ years with graph-based ML models.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design, governance, and maintenance of enterprise-scale knowledge graphs and ontologies.
Develop ontologies, taxonomies, and semantic data models for interoperability.
Define and enforce data modeling standards and schema design patterns.
Translate domain knowledge into machine-readable knowledge structures.
Lead workshops with client stakeholders to surface and formalize knowledge requirements.
Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to integrate knowledge graphs into RAG pipelines.
Design knowledge structures to support multi-step agent reasoning and dynamic planning.
Build scalable pipelines for knowledge graph population and lifecycle management.
Develop strong client relationships as a strategic advisor.
Communicate ontological concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Evaluate and pilot emerging standards (RDF, LPG, schema.org).
