Job summary

Ralsey Group Ltd. is looking for a creative individual to support the Senior Design Director in seasonal design development. This role involves creating trend-based designs, collaborating with manufacturers, and ensuring the timely execution of design processes.

The ideal candidate should possess strong graphic design skills, knowledge of knitwear design, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Design. You'll work to create compelling designs that meet retailer needs and engage in active market research.

A competitive salary range of $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 is offered along with a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in knitwear design.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Meticulousness and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Support design development from concept to delivery.
• Create CAD artwork and illustrations.
• Collaborate with mills and manage sample development.
• Conduct design research and prepare mockups.
• Initiate and complete tech packs for each style.
