Job summary

Ralsey Group is seeking an Assistant Designer to support the Senior Designer through the product lifecycle from concept to development. You will research trends, develop seasonal concepts and assist in preparing for milestone meetings with cross-functional teams.

You will sketch and CAD designs, help prepare tech packs, and contribute to yarn and color development while coordinating with design, sales, merchandising, production and digital teams.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in knitwear.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Designer in all aspects of the product lifecycle from concept to development.
• Research trends and develop seasonal concepts; prepare for milestone meetings.
• Create digital presentations and assist in fittings, tech packs and garment specs.
• Collaborate with Design, Sales, Merchandising, Production & Digital teams; manage yarn development and color research.
