Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions closely and work overtime when necessary.
• Lift up to 35 pounds occasionally and occasionally pull 70-pound cans across the floor.
• Strong visual acuity to see fabric clearly, distinguish colors accurately, and use a tape measure.
• Constant standing, walking, reaching, and pulling.
• Reliable attendance.

• Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning excess oil, grease, and lint, and changing needles.

• Doff machines, weigh fabric, fix press-offs and bunch-ups, and perform light-duty set-up work.
• Maintain a clean work area by sweeping and clearing unused yarn.
