The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical design experience, proficiency in PLM systems, and strong communication skills to navigate cross-functional partnerships. Adaptability and a thorough understanding of brand aesthetics are crucial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical design and live fittings.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with cross-functional team members like Design and Production.
• Manage workload to department initiatives and assist with trend development.
• Conduct live fittings and advise on fit or quality issues.

Expert knowledge in technical packages

Knowledge in garment construction

Experience conducting live fittings

Ability to determine grade rules

Highly organized

Effective communication

Proficient in PLM systems

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator

Knowledge of CLO - 3D software
