Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a Fabric Manager to lead seasonal fabric research, development, and sourcing for knits and sweaters. You will work with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production to deliver high-quality fabrics that reflect the brand's vision.

The role requires 5-7 years in fabric R&D or sourcing, strong knowledge of fabric construction, PLM software proficiency, and collaboration across functions. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion, or related field.
5-7 years in fabric R&D or sourcing for fashion/retail.
Extensive knowledge of fabric construction, fibers, dyeing and finishing.
Experience with PLM software; proficiency in Excel and Illustrator.

Responsibilities

Lead seasonal fabric research, development, and sourcing for knits and sweaters.
Partner with vendors to secure costing, minimums, and lead times within budget.
Create and manage the fabric development calendar and ensure key deadlines are met.
Collaborate cross-functionally to update fabric progress and resolve issues.
