Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Marketing Manager, Knee Robotics to shape the innovation strategy for the VELYS Robotic‑Assisted Solution, with emphasis on knee arthroplasty and robotics. This role requires strong leadership in upstream marketing and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead NPD-related activities, engage surgeons, and work with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams to translate insights into strategic growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing, Product Management, Strategy, Innovation, or related discipline.
• Experience in Medical Devices, Orthopaedics, and Robotics or Surgical Navigation.
• Proven track record developing product strategies and roadmaps.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in cadaver lab and OR environments is required.
• Preferred: surgeon advisory boards, market development, and governance experience.
• Preferred: Digital Health, Software, AI/ML, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute long-term innovation strategy and technology roadmap for knee robotics.
• Lead upstream marketing activities supporting NPD with customer and market insights.
• Engage surgeon teams and manage cross-functional programs from concept to commercialization.
• Translate insights into product requirements, business cases, and growth opportunities.
• Maintain multigenerational product and technology roadmap aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams.
