Job summary

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers in Cincinnati is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant to join our team as a DME Medical Assistant. You will fit and measure braces, educate patients to achieve prescribed outcomes, and ensure accurate bracing records for a safe, comfortable experience.

Responsibilities include chart review, inventory control, patient routing, and performing adjustments as needed. Work in a private practice, in-person setting, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Medical assistant certification is required.
• Experience in medical office environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Review patient charts to prepare for brace delivery and set daily goals.
• Ensure inventory is accurately counted and recorded daily.
• Route patients through the practice and manage flow.
• Measure and fit prescribed braces.
• Perform adjustments/re-fittings as necessary.
• Record bracing data accurately in systems.
