Job summary

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is seeking a Medical Assistant for an in-person role in a private practice setting. You will review patient charts, measure and fit braces, adjust as needed, and ensure accurate bracing data is recorded.

The position operates Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, in an office environment across multiple US practices, with a focus on compassionate patient care. Ideal candidates have medical assistant certification, strong time management, and experience with medical office

Qualifications

  • Medical assistant certification required.
  • Experience with medical office systems preferred.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Review patient charts to prepare for delivery of braces and set daily goals.
  • Ensure inventory is accurately counted and recorded daily.
  • Participate in routing patients through the practice.
  • Measure and fit prescribed braces.
  • Perform adjustments/re-fittings as necessary.
  • Ensure patient bracing data is accurately recorded.
