Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor Kitting to lead the safe, accurate and timely preparation of material kits for factory production. You will translate production plans into daily kitting priorities, coordinate labor and staging, and ensure complete kits reach the point of use when needed.

You will supervise hourly staff, maintain strict inventory controls, and drive continuous improvement through Lean methodologies while ensuring ERP/WMS discipline and accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in warehouse, materials, inventory control, or kitting.
• 1+ year of experience leading hourly employees.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate daily kitting execution per production schedule.
• Ensure kit accuracy with correct part numbers, quantities, revisions, lot/serials and documentation.
• Coordinate replenishment, point-of-use delivery, return-to-stock and material flow to protect production from shortages.
• Maintain accurate physical and system inventory for kit components, WIP and staged kits.
• Process transactions in ERP/WMS including receipts, transfers, reservations, issues and backflush.
• Apply Lean problem solving to improve layout, ergonomics and material flow.
• Document shifts, shortages, discrepancies and corrective actions; escalate risks with clear plan.
