Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor, Kitting, to lead daily kitting operations, ensure kit accuracy and manage material flow in a manufacturing environment. The role requires coordinating with labor, ERP/WMS systems and maintaining tight inventory controls.

Qualifications include a 2+ year background in warehouse/logistics and at least 1 year leading hourly staff, plus a Bachelor's degree. On-site work in Fort Worth, TX with comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse, materials, inventory control, production logistics or kitting.
• 1+ year of experience leading hourly employees, including daily work assignment, coaching and problem resolution.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Daily kitting execution: plan, assign and supervise picking, verification, consolidation, labeling, staging and delivery of kits.
• Kit accuracy and readiness: verify correct part numbers, quantities, revisions and documentation.
• Material flow and line support: coordinate replenishment, delivery, return-to-stock and flow.
• Inventory control: maintain accurate physical and system inventory for kit components, WIP and staged kits.
• ERP/WMS discipline: ensure timely transactions for receipts, transfers and kit completion.
• Continuous improvement: use Lean methods to improve layout and flow.
• Documentation and escalation: maintain records and escalate risks with recovery plans.
