Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Kitting to lead the daily preparation of material kits for factory production. You will translate production plans into kit priorities, coordinate labor and staging, and ensure complete, traceable kits reach the correct point of use on time.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in warehouse or production logistics and 1+ year of supervising hourly staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse, materials or production logistics.
• 1+ year leading hourly employees.
• Experience with inventory controls and kitting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise picking, labeling, staging and delivery of kits.
• Verify kits for correct parts, quantities, revisions and paperwork.
• Coordinate replenishment and line support to prevent shortages.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for kit components and WIP.
• Ensure ERP/WMS transactions are timely and accurate.
• Apply Lean methods to improve layout and flow.
• Document kit builds, handoffs and corrective actions.
