Job summary

M&D is seeking a reliable Kitting Associate in Southlake, TX to move inventory from production into a single kit and ensure accurate packaging. You will identify kit components, follow assembly orders, and prepare shipments with protective packaging in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires forklift experience, a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), and a valid driver’s license. Pre-employment screening and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to load, unload, transport and store parts.
• Identifying multiple elements of the kit, following the assembly order on what inventory to pull to form the kit.
• Packages products using specific shipping containers and protective padding.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
