Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Lancaster has an opening for a Kitting Supervisor (E shift TH-SUN 6pm-4:30am). This is a full-time, entry-level leadership role overseeing production associates involved in loading/unloading freight and assembling server racks.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent with solid interpersonal and analytical skills; 3–6 years in material handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Entry-level leadership role with required interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Generally prefer 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations.
• Must pass background checks and drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversees cycle counts, inventory replenishments and material returns.
• Maintains safety measures to protect personnel and property.
• Advises subordinates; monitors work for accuracy and conformance to policies and procedures.
• Recommends and implements changes to procedures to improve efficiency, quality and safety.
• Performs or assists subordinates in duties.
• Capable of performing essential functions with or without accommodation.
