Job summary

DSV is seeking a Kitting Team Lead for the B shift at our Ridgeville datacenter. You will oversee loading, quality checks, and inventory, ensuring accurate parts handling and safe operations.

You will guide staff and coordinate with multiple teams to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, strong safety knowledge, and proficiency with warehouse systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience.
• Experience with computers.
• Knowledge of electrical safety and static discharge protocols.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound and outbound freight.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for part numbers and quantities.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment orders.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using warehouse systems.
• Oversee placement of server racks on the datacenter floor with precision.
• Install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand and power tools.
• Operate straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks.
• Maintain safety and 5S standards through area cleanup.
• Push, pull and lift frequently during the shift.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability and attention to detail.
