Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Basic math and computer skills; ability to record transactions accurately in inventory systems.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and package materials and components into kits according to production schedules and specifications.
• Record material movements and transactions within the ERP system (e.g., Infor CloudSuite/Syteline).
• Perform cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and document returned materials.
• Inspect materials and kits for quality, accuracy, and defects prior to release.
• Transport packaged kits and finished goods safely to designated production or shipping areas.
• Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment in accordance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area while following all PPE and safety protocols.
