Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking an Assembler II - Kitting to join our Operations team in Centerville, IA. This role supports production by coordinating and expediting materials flow, reading job orders and BOMs, and moving parts to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include staging supplies, working at multiple stations, and ensuring a clean, safe work area. The ideal candidate will read blueprints, use handheld tools, and communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates to keep

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend a job order and bill of materials
• Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies to expedite flow of materials
• Move totes to tables, verify parts, and update paperwork
• Consult with supervisors to assess progress and discuss changes
• Identify maintenance needs on equipment and tooling
• Rotate through multiple workstations as production requires
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area
• Use required safety equipment for each operation
• Perform other duties as assigned
