Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a dependable warehouse picker/packer in Newark, CA to locate, collect, and package merchandise for shipping. You may use scanners to verify items, load onto dollies or conveyors, and prepare shipments. You will inspect, stock, count, tag inventory and maintain a clean work area.

The role involves bending, lifting, and standing for long periods. Typical work hours run 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM in a fast-paced distribution center with safety requirements and standard dress code.

Job Description:

As a picker packer you will be responsible for finding and collecting merchandise in a warehouse and prepare the items for shipment to customers. May use a computer or scanner to check inventory and locate items. You will load items onto dollies or conveyer belts to move them throughout the distribution center, and assemble packages for shipping. You will also inspect merchandise, stock, categorize, count and tag inventory. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.

Dress Code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
