Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Kitting Operator to assemble and package components per customer specs. You will scan and document material movements, operate light packaging equipment, and maintain accuracy in counts and labels. The role supports safe, efficient production and contributes to a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good communication skills and basic computer skills to operate scanners and print labels.

Responsibilities

• Pack and kit packing orders to specifications with speed, accuracy and quality.
• Operate minor equipment such as auto baggers and weighers.
• Sort, pick and select required material for packaging.
• Meet productivity, quality and cost targets.
• Register transactions in a barcode/scanner system.
• Move materials with a pallet jack when required.
• Perform accurate physical counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Contribute to team efforts to achieve departmental goals.
