Job summary

Veritiv is seeking a Kitting Program Specialist in Texas to drive revenue in the kitting packaging segment by scheduling converters, managing order flow, and reconciling billing from kitting activities.

You will own the end-to-end order process from labor PO to finished goods receipt in Oracle inventory, coordinate production schedules, track materials, and push for cost reductions through best practices across locations. A Bachelor's degree and strong analytical skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Operations, Kitting, Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Packaging experience strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order process from labor PO to finished goods receipt.
• Track daily production sheets and notify kitting teams of changes.
• Coordinate with locations to track raw materials and replenishment orders.
• Prepare production forecast and schedule by location; coordinate truck schedules.
• Generate cost reductions through best practices across kitting locations.
