Responsibilities

• Execute daily shipping and kitting activities to meet schedule.
• Utilize SAP, AES, TMS, and BOL tools to support shipments.
• Coordinate daily shipping activities with workcells and carrier schedules.
• Provide real-time coaching and direction on the floor.
• Support onboarding and training of employees; help reinforce standard work.
• Promote teamwork, safety, and quality standards.
