Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Kitting Operator to support manufacturing by pulling, staging, and distributing materials required for production. You will create production kits, manage inventory transactions, and ensure materials reach manufacturing teams on time using ERP systems and RF scanners.

The role emphasizes accuracy, documentation, and adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards while collaborating with warehouse, planning, and production teams to optimize kit flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, materials, inventory control, or related setting.
• Experience with ERP systems and RF scanners preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in kit assembly and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Pull, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production areas per schedules.
• Use RF scanners and ERP to process material transactions and inventory movements.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, and lot info for kit accuracy.
• Prepare and label kits according to production needs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area following 5S principles.
