Job summary

Jabil Memphis, TN is seeking a Kitting Operator to pull, kit, stage, and deliver materials for production using ERP systems and RF scanners. You will ensure kit accuracy, process inventory transactions, and maintain traceability while complying with safety and quality standards.

You’ll collaborate with warehouse and production teams in a fast-paced environment, perform cycle counts, and keep an organized workspace under 5S. Prior experience with SAP/RF tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull, kit, stage, and deliver materials to production areas based on schedules and work orders.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to complete material transactions and inventory movements.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, lot information, and documentation for kit accuracy and traceability.
• Prepare and label kits per production requirements and organize materials.
• Return excess materials to inventory and process related transactions.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
