Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Kitting/Material Handling Associate to support our Supply Chain in New Kensington, PA. You will assemble, package, and stage raw materials into kits for production, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehouse roles, strong attention to detail, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to read instructions in English.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Basic math and computer skills to record transactions in inventory systems.
  • Ability to read and follow written instructions in English.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pull and package materials into kits per schedules and specs.
  • Record material movements in ERP system (e.g., Infor CloudSuite/Syteline).
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Inspect materials and kits for quality and defects before release.
  • Transport packaged kits to production or shipping areas.
  • Operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment safely.
  • Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, and Shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
