Job summary

ReconCraft is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in Clackamas, OR to receive, inventory, inspect, and distribute shipments while maintaining organized storage and supporting production through kitting and material handling. Proficiency with Excel/ERP and a strong attention to detail are essential.

The role includes operating forklifts/cranes and occasional local travel; an emphasis on collaboration with the Purchasing Manager ensures on-hand inventory meets production demands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in warehouse management or similar.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with vendors and production teams.
• Experience with ERP and/or computerized inventory systems; proficient in Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log incoming shipments; maintain organized inventory locations.
• Kit parts for production lines and manage ESWBS/BOM streams.
• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes as needed for loading/unloading.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and work with Purchasing to address shortages.
• Support production as needed and assist with local pickups/deliveries.
