Job summary

Imagine is seeking a Kitting & Assembly General Worker in Antioch, IL. Under supervision, you will perform activities to assemble finished products while ensuring high quality at low cost and meeting customer specifications and delivery requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising lines with Leads, maintaining flow, operating a forklift, and performing line audits. You will follow all safety rules and continuously improve processes in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Kitting & Assembly duties.
• Assist Line Leads to supervise lines and manage flow of work.
• Keep lines moving efficiently while maintaining quality.
• Operate a forklift to move materials and inventory safely.
• Perform line audits and ensure finished kits meet deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
• Continuously seek process improvements.
