Summary:

Kit Staging Technicians are responsible for organizing and storing parts, components, or assemblies for washline kitting/staging kept in inventory. This includes maintaining accurate bin counts through regular cycle counts and removing expired materials immediately upon expiration.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide internal customers with correct products and services on time.
2. Create, communicate, and accomplish daily department schedules.
3. Keep Work Orders (WOs) and associated documentation with each part throughout the manufacturing process, providing documentation to internal customers.
4. Maintain part traceability throughout the manufacturing process.
5. Keep Cetec order location data current and accurate.
6. Understand HWI duties and all other pertinent HCOA Operation Procedures or Work Instructions.
7. Ensure materials are picked accurately and promptly.
8. Plan and monitor picking activities based on MRP and Cetec reports showing work order start dates.
9. Notify production of any parts required to complete partial kits and follow up as necessary.
10. Keep work areas clean and free from Foreign Object Debris.
11. Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in kitting and staging parts, including gathering all necessary components into a kit and storing them in a designated location to streamline processes and reduce delays.
2. Legally authorized to work in the US.

Physical Demands / ADA Compliance:

The employee may be required to stand for a full shift while wearing PPE. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Correctable vision to 20/20 with full depth perception. Ability to pass DOT Drug Testing requirements (49 CFR Part 40). Regularly required to push, pull, bend, and operate machinery and hand tools.

Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Onsite only.

Pay: $20-21 per hour, dependent on experience.

Background and drug test required.
