Eaton's ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is seeking a Kitter & Warehouse Coordinator - 2nd shift in Royal Pines, NC. The role focuses on kitting assemblies for production lines and coordinating material through accurate verification, recording, and routing.

You will service production by kitting material, maintaining part storage organization, and using AS400/Vista to track inventory, while supporting continuous improvement in material handling and timely responses to production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No immigration sponsorship or relocation provided; within 50 miles of work location.
• Experience reading and interpreting Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Responsibilities

• Kit materials for production lines by verifying quantity, part numbers and purchase orders.
• Use inventory and warehouse systems such as AS400 and Vista.
• Collect and process Kanban cards.
• Complete rack audits and stock-out scans.
• Support material flow to production lines.
• Maintain warehouse organization and storage locations.
• Apply continuous improvement (CI) methods to material handling processes.
• Respond quickly to urgent production and supervisor requests.
• Cross-train and support the Material Handling team during absences and vacations.

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a Kitter & Warehouse Coordinator - 2nd shift.

The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour.

What You’ll Do

The primary function of this position is kitting assemblies/parts for the production lines, providing expertise in coordinating the material, including but not limited to, verifying, recording, and routing. This position will service Production needs by kitting material and maintaining part storage rack organization and availability.

• Kit materials accurately by verifying: Quantity, Part numbers and Purchase orders
• Use inventory and warehouse systems such as AS400 and Vista

Qualifications

Required (Basic) Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
