Job summary

Landscape Structures Inc. in Delano, MN is seeking a reliable Warehouse/Packaging Associate to palletize playground components, pack parts securely, and label items accurately. Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with growth opportunities in a supportive, employee-owned team.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package each part in a way that prohibits damage
• Ensures the label on the packaging will match the label on the part
• Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet
• Check for quality defects
• Take direction from the team lead for position rotation

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
