Job summary

Landscape Structures is seeking a Regular Full-Time Palletizer in Delano, MN. You will prepare large playground components for shipment, ensuring safe packaging and correct labeling. Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

You will work in a team, rotate tasks as directed, and help verify quality while meeting packing standards. Prior manufacturing experience and basic computer knowledge are helpful; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Package parts to prevent damage.
• Ensure the label on the packaging matches the part label.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package each part in a way that prohibits damage
• Ensures the label on the packaging will match the label on the part
• Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet
• Check for quality defects
• Take direction from the team lead for position rotation

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
