Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Utility Cleaner to uphold the highest cleanliness standards in our culinary areas. You will deep-clean kitchen equipment, perform high-dusting, and support the dishwashing workflow to keep operations safe and efficient for our culinary team and guests.

The role requires reliability, ability to follow safety procedures (OSHA and internal policies), and strong teamwork in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred.
• Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques preferred.
• Familiarity with handling industrial cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deep clean of kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, broilers, and other surfaces.
• Perform high-dusting throughout the kitchen and beverage outlets.
• Sanitize equipment and workspaces using approved cleaning chemicals per OSHA and policy.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and related sinks and disposals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas during shift.
• Transport garbage and debris to designated disposal locations; ensure proper disposal.
