Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking a Kitchen Worker to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our busy culinary operations. You’ll perform deep cleaning of stoves, ovens, floors, and other high-use equipment to ensure a safe, efficient kitchen.

This role supports guest service and food safety, requiring teamwork and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience and the STA Kitchen Worker certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant kitchen experience preferred.
• STA Kitchen Worker certification preferred.
• Knowledge of proper stove and equipment cleaning techniques.
• Familiarity with cleaning agents and chemicals.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous guest service in line with the company culture.
• Deep clean kitchen equipment including stoves, ovens, floors, grills, and broilers.
• Conduct high-dusting throughout kitchen and beverage outlets.
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and sinks; assist with waste disposal.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Ensure compliance with applicable gaming laws and internal controls.
