Job summary

CorTech International is hiring a Utility Worker to maintain kitchen areas, equipment and utensils. The role includes dishwashing, cleaning tables and floors, trash removal, and ensuring sanitary standards under HACCP compliance. Training on allergy and foodborne illness is provided.

Working first shift, 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and basic benefits. High school diploma or equivalent is required with no prior experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Washes work tables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors.
• Removes trash and garbage to designated areas.
• Transfers supplies and equipment within storage and work areas.
• Cleans equipment using chemicals to ensure sanitary standards.
• Polishes silver.
• Attends allergy and foodborne illness training.
• Attends designated trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
