Job summary

Asbury Communities is seeking full-time kitchen staff in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Responsibilities include daily sanitation duties, food organization, and dishwashing. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalency and previous kitchen experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily sanitation assignments in all dining and kitchen areas.
• Assists in arranging and organizing food and supply orders.
• Ensures loading dock is clean and organized.
• Properly wraps, labels and dates food items for storage.
• Washes dishes, pots, and pans as assigned.

• Assists in arranging and organizing food and supply orders.
• Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized.
• Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room.
• Washes dishes, pots, and pans as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
