Qualifications

• Ninth grade education minimum.
• 3 months experience in hotel/restaurant/club or will train.
• Restaurant or senior living food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up the dish and pot washing area.
• Wash pots, dishes and utensils.
• Distribute and store clean pots, dishes and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and work surfaces.
• Transport linen to and from laundry.
• Food cart preparation and temperature checks.
