Atria Senior Living in Gig Harbor, WA is hiring a Kitchen Utility Worker to keep the kitchen and dish area clean and safe while delivering excellent service to residents. You will work with the culinary team to support dining programs and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.

This role demands multitasking, reliability, and adherence to safety practices in a fast-paced environment, with benefits such as paid holidays and a robust benefits package.

Responsabilités

• Maintain kitchen and dish area in a clean, safe, sanitary condition.
• Provide high level of customer service and promote a restaurant-style dining atmosphere; work with Executive Chef/Director to keep residents satisfied.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Wash and store all dishes and equipment per policy.
• Keep kitchen floors clean and trash emptied.
• Maintain dish machine and temperature logs after each meal.
• Assist with transportation and proper storage of food and supplies.
• Complete assigned food preparation as required.
• Adhere to standard food safety practices.
• Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen before meal service.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
