• Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and cooking supplies using proper sanitation procedures.
• Remove trash from receptacles, replace bags, and clear trash from tables and floors.
• Clean floors to address spills per safety guidelines.
• Restock condiments and utensils as needed.
• Load and unload inventory from trucks; stock storeroom.
• Keep kitchen, serving, and dining areas clean and orderly at all times.
• Be aware of safety issues and report to your manager.
