Qualifications

• Demonstrates an understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses and kitchen utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Follow Aramark safety policies including food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
