Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.

• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils; clean and sanitize.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests and staff.
• Follow Aramark safety policies and proper food safety procedures.
