Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service in Baton Rouge is seeking a Kitchen Utilities (Dishwashing) to support a fast-paced culinary team. You will maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, wash dishes, stock supplies, and assist with deliveries while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has experience in a busy kitchen, a positive attitude, and the ability to work as part of a team in a high-volume setting. Training provided; background check may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well as part of a team.
• Experience operating a commercial dishwasher preferred.
• Familiarity with industry best practices in kitchen safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and dishes to a high standard.
• Stock supplies in serving stations and prep areas.
• Assist with unloading deliveries and setting up work areas.
• Follow safety policies and communicate with management as needed.
