Qualifications

• Understands basic sanitation procedures.
• Can follow safety procedures around hazardous chemicals.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and kitchen utensils; ensure cleanliness and sanitization.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean and organized.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
