Aramark in Louisville seeks a General Utility Worker to maintain cleanliness of dishes and equipment and support the food court environment at the University of Louisville. You will help keep kitchen areas sanitary and assist with light maintenance while delivering friendly guest service.

The role requires following safety and sanitation procedures, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet dining needs.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures when handling chemicals.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Ensure guest satisfaction by keeping all dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and utensils cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain dishwashing station, three compartment sink and related areas.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition and report issues to management.
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and coworkers.
• Adhere to Aramark safety policies including proper food safety and sanitation.
• Ensure security of company assets.
