Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area as required by the licensing agency.
• Maintain proper food handling and personal hygiene practices.
• Sanitation and storage of dishes, silverware, pots, pans and utensils.
• Dispose of garbage and help keep dumpster area clean.
• Daily emptying of garbage containers.
• Daily cleaning of floors, sweeping and mopping.
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks.
