Responsibilities

• Delivers quality customer service and attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Relieve shift supervisor in times of absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules during short-staffing.
• Ensure standards through quality assurance surveys.
• Monitor and report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Interact with patients/customers respectfully for age-related competencies.
