Job Description for Kitchen Utility Lead at Eurest

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Kitchen Utility Lead position.

Job Summary

Assist shift supervisors and department directors in daily operations. Maintain high quality in all duties through training, support, and supervision. Ensure schedules are completed, set a professional example, and participate in outstanding customer service. Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Provide guidance and assistance to team members.
• Use personal protective equipment properly.
• Relieve shift supervisor during absences.
• Adjust schedules during short staffing.
• Conduct quality assurance surveys.
• Report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Interact appropriately with patients/customers based on age.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
