• Schedule: Full time schedule. 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, days may vary; rotating weekends and holidays. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: Previous kitchen utility lead experience is preferred.

Job Summary

Summary: Assist shift supervisors and department directors in daily operations. Maintain high quality in all duties through training, support, supervision, and interaction with team members. Ensure schedules are assigned and completed daily. Set a positive example through professional interactions with team members, customers, patients, and families. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or director. Participate in excellent customer service and maintain respectful relationships with all.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service with attention to detail.
• Provide assignments and assistance to team members.
• Demonstrate proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Relieve shift supervisor during absence.
• Adjust or cover schedules during short staffing.
• Ensure team standards through quality assurance surveys.
• Report equipment issues or shortages.
• Conduct customer and patient surveys.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Interact appropriately with patients/customers based on age competencies.
