Job summary

Eurest is hiring a full-time Kitchen Utility Lead in San Diego, CA (Avidity Bio, 3020 Callan Road). Schedule: Mon-Fri, 10:00 am - 3:30 pm. Prior kitchen utility or dishwashing experience preferred; training available. Compensation: $22.50 per hour; applies to full-time position.

The role assists shift supervisors and department directors in daily operations, ensuring quality, scheduling, and exemplary service to customers and patients while guiding team members.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in kitchen utility, stewarding, dishwashing or foodservice operations preferred.
• Willing to train for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist shift supervisors and department directors in day-to-day operations.
• Maintain high quality across department duties through training and supervision.
• Ensure schedules are assigned and completed daily.
• Lead by example with professional interactions with the team and customers.
• Support outstanding customer service and maintain respectful relationships.
