Job summary

The Legacy of Venice is seeking a Dining Services Utility to help maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas for residents. You will operate and support the dishwasher, restock tableware, and assist with general cleaning tasks to ensure a safe food service environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping.
• Wash, air dry, and restock plates, glasses, and silverware.
• Operate and maintain the dishwasher and ensure sanitation.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and chemical handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
