Job summary

Holbrook Life is seeking a Dishwasher / Utility Worker to maintain a clean, safe, and organized back-of-house area supporting the entire dining operation. You will operate dishwashing equipment, store wares properly, and assist kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and resident safety.

This role requires reliability, the ability to work in hot or humid conditions, and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn on the job.
• Ability to follow directions and work quickly in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong teamwork and dependable attendance are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish machine, three-compartment sink, and related equipment safely and efficiently.
• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, and service equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of dish room, storage areas, and back-of-house spaces.
• Assist cooks and service teams with transport, stocking, and cleaning as needed.
• Follow opening/closing and cleaning checklists with consistency and accountability.
