Eagle Senior Living in Ravenna, Ohio, is seeking a friendly Kitchen Utility Associate to support our Dining Services team. You will wash dishes, help manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and related areas, reporting to the Director of Dining Services/Executive Chef.

The role emphasizes safe food handling, attention to detail, and professional appearance. A stable schedule with potential for varied shifts supports our residents and staff in delivering high-quality dining

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to safely handle food according to facility and regulatory standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and polished appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots and pans, food carts, and food preparation equipment.
• Empty kitchen garbage/trash and sanitize containers.
• Check in, unpack, and store dry goods, cleaning supplies, and cold stock.
• Maintain food storage areas and assist in cleaning food service areas and heavy equipment.
• Keep temperature checks current throughout the kitchen.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors; maintain cleanliness of walls in kitchen and serving areas.
• Assist with buffet set-up and special functions.

What You'll Do

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reach, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, and perform fine manipulation throughout the workday
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds unassisted
• Normal or corrected vision and hearing, including color recognition

Working Environment

• Work is performed in a well-lit, well-ventilated kitchen, with exposure to heat, cold, water, odors, dust, and noise
• Flexibility to work beyond normal hours, on weekends, or in other roles as needed
